Grace loved animals of all species and sizes (except centipedes). In support of her passion, and in lieu of flowers, please donate to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, which Grace visited with her niece, Caroline, in Kanab, Utah last year. Best Friends is the nation’s largest no-kill sanctuary for companion animals dedicated to building effective programs that reduce the number of animals entering shelters. From humble beginnings in 1984, Best Friends Animal Society has grown into a national leader in the no-kill movement. But the future lies in the same place that it all began—with caring individuals like Grace want to make this a kinder nation for our pets.
